The online version of the new official Lay Servant Ministries course, Loving People and Planet in the Name of Godis open for enrollment! This is a great resource based on the previous UMW/United Women in Faith course Climate Justice.

The Northern Illinois Net-Zero Task Force is working to offer it in the 2023-24 program year in each district's Lay Academy. The online course is a great way to prepare.

> Are you willing to help lead an in-person session of this course in your district? Please email Beth Galbreath

> Are you interested in the online version? Click here, and please share with friends outside NIC!

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency partners with Energy Star to offer a free Action Workbook for Congregations.

This linked page offers some great videos about the program, the action workbook for congregations, and other action workbooks for many other settings.
